AN AMENDATORY OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 5, S. 1998 FIXING THE NEW FARE RATES OF TRI-SIKAD OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR.

This ordinance amends the previous municipal ordinance to adjust and fix new fare rates for tri-sikad operations within the Municipality of Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur. It establishes minimum and route-specific fares, discounts for students, mandatory display of tariffs, and penalties for violations.
