AN ORDINANCE MANDATING THE PROVISION OF EMERGENCY RELIEF AND PROTECTION FOR CHILDREN BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER DISASTERS AND OTHER EMERGENCY SITUATIONS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR.

This ordinance mandates the provision of emergency relief and protection for children before, during, and after disasters and other emergency situations in the municipality. It establishes the Municipal Comprehensive Emergency Program for Children (MCEPC) to coordinate child-focused disaster response, recovery, and social services. Furthermore, it outlines guidelines for evacuation centers, transitional shelters, family reunification, civil registry restoration, and emergency responder training.
