AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE ADOLESCENT AND YOUTH HEALTH DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (AYHDC) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR.

This ordinance creates the Adolescent and Youth Health Development Council (AYHDC) in the Municipality of Dumingag to address adolescent health and developmental needs, including teenage pregnancy and mental health issues. It establishes a multi-sectoral approach and a Technical Working Group to promote youth health programs, policies, and accessible health care services.
