AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 38, ARTICLE VIII OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 8, S. 2020 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT CODE OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR.

This ordinance amends Section 38 of the Traffic Management Code of Dumingag to revert specific sections of Isidoro Y. Real St. and Lapu-lapu St. back to two-way traffic. It also modifies provisions regarding the recommendation and declaration of one-way streets by the Traffic Enforcement & Management Council and the Municipal Mayor.
