AN ORDINANCE PRIORITIZING PANTAWID PAMILYANG PILIPINO PROGRAM (4Ps) BENEFICIARIES INCLUDING THE EXITED HOUSEHOLDS FOR CONVERGENCE OF PROGRAMS AND SERVICES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

This ordinance institutionalizes a convergence framework to prioritize Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries and exited households in Dumingag for social services, employment, and livelihood interventions. It establishes a Municipal Action Team, sets duties for stakeholders, and outlines prohibited acts and penalties regarding child education and responsible parenthood.
