AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ACTS OF ONLINE SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION OF CHILDREN (OSAEC), THE PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, POSSESSION AND ACCESS OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE OR EXPLOITATION MATERIALS (CSAEM), PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF, THEREAFTER

This ordinance prohibits online sexual abuse and exploitation of children (OSAEC) and child sexual abuse or exploitation materials (CSAEM). It establishes penalties for violators, mandates support services and protective spaces for victims, and creates a municipal inter-agency council to coordinate prevention and response efforts.
