AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SPEED LIMIT IN SPECIFIC PLACES AS DEFINED IN ARTICLE VII, SECTION 34 (B) OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 8, S. 2020 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR AND FOR OTHER PURPOS
