AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING THE USE OF THE EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER (EOC) AND ACTIVATION OF THE INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM (ICS) AS A STANDARD, ALL-HAZARD DISASTER/EMERGENCY/CRISIS MANAGEMENT CONCEPT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR.

This ordinance institutionalizes the Incident Command System (ICS) and Emergency Operations Center (EOC) as the standard all-hazard disaster and emergency management concept for the Municipality of Dumingag. It establishes operational guidelines, structures, and institutional arrangements to streamline emergency response and coordination among local agencies.
