AN AMENDATORY ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE OF VIDEOKE, KARAOKE MACHINES, AND OTHER SOUND-PRODUCING DEVICES USE FOR KARAOKE PURPOSES, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR ANY VIOLATIONS THEREOF.
