AN ORDINANCE ENACTING THE GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT (GAD) CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

This ordinance enacts the Gender and Development (GAD) Code of Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur, to promote gender equality, protect women's rights, and establish support services and penalties for violations. It covers rights and benefits for women, support services, protection against violence and discrimination, and creates the Municipal Gender and Development Council.
