AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING CHILDREN BELOW 18 YEARS OF AGE FROM STAYING OR ROAMING MORE OR LESS PERMANENTLY IN THE STREETS AND/OR USE THE STREETS AND PUBLIC AND PRIVATE BUILDINGS AND THEIR PREMISES AS THEIR ABODE AND IMPOSING PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
This ordinance prohibits children under 18 years of age from staying, roaming, or using public and private streets and buildings as their permanent abode in Dumingag. It establishes penalties for parents, guardians, or kin who violate its provisions and mandates rehabilitation for apprehended minors through the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office.
