AN AMENDATORY ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL LARGE CATTLE OWNERS TO REGISTER THEIR LARGE CATTLE TO THE TREASURER'S OFFICE, DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR AND PROVIDING REQUIREMENTS FOR PROPER PROCEDURES OF ISSUANCE OF REGISTRATION AND FEES THEREOF.

This ordinance requires all large cattle owners in Dumingag to register their draft animals with the Treasurer's Office to ensure individual identification, establish certificates of ownership, and regulate associated fees. It aims to facilitate government livestock benefits such as mass vaccination, prevent misidentification, and increase municipal income.
