AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A LITERACY PROGRAM FOR ADULTS AND SUBANEN CHILDREN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR.

It features two main components: the Early Childhood Education Program (ECEP-Subanao Program) for children and the Special Literacy Program (SLP) for adults, both designed to build basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills while respecting cultural values.
