AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND/OR REGULATING THE PERIOD OF STAY AMONG BARATILLO VENDORS WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR TO 45 DAYS ONLY.

This ordinance fixes the maximum period of stay for Baratillo vendors in Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur from February 15 to March 31 every year. It requires vendors to pay a fee of 75.00 pesos per square meter and imposes penalties of fines and/or imprisonment for violators.
