AN ORDINANCE MANDATING DOG OWNERS TO TIE/KEEP THEIR PET DOGS IN THEIR RESPECTIVE PREMISES/COMPOUND WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.

This ordinance mandates all dog owners in Dumingag to tie or keep their pet dogs within their premises to prevent dog bites and rabies. It declares wandering dogs as stray, holds owners liable for medication costs of bite victims, and imposes fines and imprisonment for violations.
