AN ORDINANCE FIXING TIME LIMITATION ON THE OPERATION OF VIDEOKE SING-ALONG AND VINTAGE JUKEBOX/KARAOKE AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR ANY VIOLATION THEREOF.
