AN ORDINANCE CREATING TWO (2) POSITIONS OF DRIVER I (SG-3) IN THE OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING AND BOOKBINDER IV (SG-10) AND MUNICIPAL AGRICULTURIST II (SG-15) IN THE OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL AGRICULTURE IN THIS MUNICIPALITY AND PROVIDING FUNDS THER
