AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL PET DOG OWNERS TO SUBMIT FOR COMPULSORY VACCINATION THEIR PET DOGS WITH ANTI-RABIES VACCINE AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.

This ordinance requires all pet dog owners in Dumingag to have their dogs vaccinated against rabies at least once a year. It aims to minimize or eradicate rabies cases and imposes fines and potential imprisonment for violations.
