AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND ADOPTING A PERFORMANCE EVALUATION SYSTEM FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT AND PROVIDING PROCEDURES AND MECHANICS THEREOF

This ordinance establishes and adopts a Performance Evaluation System (PES) for the LGU to serve as a reference for performance planning, review, personnel actions, and granting of salary increases or rewards. It outlines the mechanics, rating procedures, evaluation processes for both regular and supervisory employees, and establishes grievance and appeal mechanisms.
