AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING INDIVIDUAL EXCRETA AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM FOR EVERY HOUSE/BUILDING CONSTRUCTED REGARDLESS OF WHETHER RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR ANY VIOLATIONS THEREOF
