ORDINANCE AMENDING MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 3, S. 1995 ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE FIXING A FEE OF VARIOUS TRANSPORT UNITS/FACILITIES IN DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR."

This ordinance amends Municipal Ordinance No. 3, s. 1995 by updating the collection of daily parking fees at the LGU parking areas for various transport units and facilities such as Tri-Sikad, Motor with Sidecar, Public Utility Jeep, Rural Transit, Motor Habal-Habal, Bolo-Bolo, Van, and Panel. It also establishes penal provisions for violators and sets guidelines for the ordinance's effectivity.
