AN EXECUTIVE ORDER ON THE RECONSTITUTION OF THE MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT BOARD (MSWMB) OF MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR IMPLEMENTING REPUBLIC ACT 9003 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE ECOLOGICAL SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT ACT OF 2000
