AN ORDINANCE PENALIZING HABITUAL DRUNKENNESS IN PUBLIC PLACES CAUSING PUBLIC SCANDAL

This ordinance penalizes habitual drunkenness in public places within the municipality that causes public scandal. It defines public places and habitual drunkenness, and sets penalties including fines ranging from 500 to 1,000 pesos and/or imprisonment from 30 days to 6 months.
