AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING SYSTEM FOR THE COLLECTION, TRANSPORTATION AND DISPOSAL OF REFUSE OR GARBAGE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
