AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE PREVENTION, CONTROL, REDUCTION AND MITIGATION OF THE MOSQUITO VECTOR OF DENGUE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, PENALIZING VIOLATORS THEREOF AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

This ordinance implements preventive and control measures against the mosquito vector of dengue in the Municipality of Dumingag through environmental management, community clean-up drives, and information campaigns. It creates Anti-Dengue Campaign Committees at the municipal and barangay levels to monitor and enforce guidelines. Violators of the regulatory provisions are meted with fines and/or imprisonment.
