AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A REFUGE CENTER FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREOF.

This ordinance establishes a temporary refuge center for battered women and abused children in the municipality to protect and rehabilitate victims of violence, discrimination, and abuse. It allocates three hundred thousand pesos (P300,000.00) for the construction of the center and mandates qualified personnel and appropriate facilities for its operation under the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office.
