AN ORDINANCE BANNING THE PLAYING/USING OR SELLING/DISPLAYING OF TOYS RELATED TO VIOLENCE AND WAR WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR AND PROVIDING PENALTY THEREOF.
