AN ORDINANCE GOVERNING THE FRANCHISING/LICENSING AND REGULATION OF MOTORIZED TRICYCLES AND MOTORELA SERVICE OPERATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG AND IMPOSING CHARGES FOR LEGALIZATION AND PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
