AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED REVENUE CODE (MUNICIPAL ORD. #1, S. 2008) OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, SO AS TO IMPOSE NEW RATES OF FEES AND CHARGES THEREUNDER SUBJECT TO ALL LEGAL AND EXISTING RULES AND REGULATIONS.
