AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING FEE FOR CERTIFICATION THAT MAY BE ISSUED BY THE PEOPLE'S LAW ENFORCEMENT BOARD (PLEB) THROUGH ITS CHAIRMAN, THIS MUNICIPALITY TO ANY REQUESTING MEMBER OF THE PNP FOR ANY LEGAL PURPOSE.

This ordinance prescribes a fee of ten pesos for every certification issued by the People's Law Enforcement Board (PLEB) to requesting members of the Philippine National Police. It mandates that payment be made to the office of the municipal treasurer upon presentation of an official receipt prior to issuance.
