AN ORDINANCE CREATING DUMINGAG INSTITUTE OF SUSTAINABLE ORGANIC AGRICULTURE (DISOA) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR AND PROVIDING MECHANICS FOR IMPLEMENTATION AND FUNDS FOR IT'S OPERATION THEREOF.
