AN ORDINANCE ENACTING THE INVESTMENT INCENTIVE CODE OF 2008 OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

This ordinance enacts the Local Investment Incentive Code of 2008 to attract, encourage, and welcome new investors by providing tax exemptions, incentives, and privileges based on investment tiers. It also establishes the Local Investment Board to oversee applications, manage the program, and ensure sustainable economic development in the municipality.
