AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A LOCAL JUVENILE INTERVENTION PROGRAM, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR.

This ordinance establishes the Local Juvenile Intervention and Diversion Programs of Dumingag to protect and rehabilitate children at risk (CAR) and children in conflict with the law (CICL). It organizes the Municipal Council for the Protection of Children (MCPC), sets up intervention and diversion strategies, and establishes a youth facility and support services.
