AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING AND/OR BANNING THE SALE, DISPLAY, STORE AND STOCK OF INDONESIA-MADE DETERGENTS WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.

This ordinance bans the sale, display, and storage of hazardous, non-bio-degradable Indonesia-made detergents within the Municipality of Dumingag to protect the environment and public health. It imposes administrative sanctions, fines, and imprisonment for violators, and mandates the burning of confiscated banned products.
