An Amendatory Ordinance Fixing the Speed Limit of All Kinds of Motor Vehicles Running Within the Identified Streets/Roads in the Municipality of Dumingag, Zamboanga Del Sur and Providing Penalties in Case of Violation Thereof

This ordinance fixes the speed limits for all kinds of motor vehicles within identified streets and roads in the municipality to reduce and prevent vehicular accidents. It establishes specific speed restrictions ranging from 20-40 kph across designated areas and imposes graduated fines and imprisonment for violators.
