AN ORDINANCE PROMULGATING AND PRESCRIBING MEASURES FOR THE PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF HIV/AIDS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

This ordinance promulgates comprehensive measures for the prevention and control of HIV/AIDS in the Municipality of Dumingag. It establishes the Dumingag HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control Council and Committee, outlines information and education campaigns, preventative measures, and support services, and sets penalties for discriminatory acts and breaches of confidentiality.
