AN ORDINANCE CREATING A POSITION OF BOOKBINDER IV (SG-10) IN THE OFFICE OF THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR.
