AN ORDINANCE DEFINING GENDER-BASED SEXUAL HARASSMENT IN STREETS, PUBLIC SPACES, ONLINE, WORKPLACES, AND EDUCATIONAL OR TRAINING INSTITUTIONS, PROVIDING PROTECTIVE MEASURES AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES THEREFOR.

This ordinance, known as the Safe Spaces Ordinance of Dumingag, defines and penalizes gender-based sexual harassment in streets, public spaces, online spaces, workplaces, and educational institutions. It establishes protective measures, duties for employers and the LGU, and creates the Committee on Decorum and Investigation (CODI) to handle complaints.
