AN ORDINANCE GRANTING INCENTIVES, REWARDS AND RECOGNITION FOR EXEMPLARY SERVICE, PROVIDING A SYSTEM OF PROMOTION FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF DUMINGAG EMPLOYEES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
