AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING, PROMOTING AND DEVELOPING SUSTAINABLE ORGANIC AGRICULTURE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

This ordinance institutionalizes, promotes, and develops sustainable organic agriculture in the Municipality of Dumingag. It establishes management councils, support services, and incentive systems while prohibiting the burning of agricultural by-products and providing penalty clauses.
