AN ORDINANCE DECLARING SEPTEMBER 9-15 OF EVERY YEAR AS TRANSFORMATIVE EDUCATION WEEK WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR.
