AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ORGANIC TRADING POST IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, PROVIDING GUIDELINES AND STABILIZATION FUNDS FOR ITS OPERATION THEREOF.

This ordinance establishes an Organic Trading Post in the municipality to assist organic farmers in marketing certified organic farm products. It sets operational guidelines, assigns oversight and staffing responsibilities, and appropriates Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P200,000.00) as an initial stabilization fund.
