AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT (CAPDEV) TRAINING COURSE AT DUMINGAG INSTITUTE OF SUSTAINABLE ORGANIC AGRICULTURE (DISOA) AND SETTING REGISTRATION FEES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR.
