AN ORDINANCE INSTITUTIONALIZING VOLUNTARY BLOOD DONATION PROGRAM IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.

This ordinance establishes the "Paduguay Program" in the Municipality of Dumingag to institutionalize voluntary blood donation, promote public health, and ensure an adequate and safe supply of blood. It creates the Dumingag Blood Donation Council, sets implementing guidelines and incentives, and appropriates annual funds for the program.
