This ordinance requires all private or public geodetic engineers conducting land surveys within the municipality to coordinate with the Office of the Municipal Assessor and the Sangguniang Bayan prior to the survey. They are mandated to furnish free copies of approved original or subdivision plans to the Municipal Assessor's Office within thirty days from receipt. Violations of this ordinance are subject to corresponding fines.
