AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD ON ANTI-ILLEGAL DRUG PROGRAMS UNDER RA 9165 IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR.

This ordinance creates the Administrative Board on Anti-Illegal Drug Programs in accordance with RA 9165 to handle drug-related complaints, oversee prevention programs, and ensure the rehabilitation of drug dependents. It also establishes the Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) as its implementing arm to carry out local drug abuse prevention strategies.
