AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE HUMAN RIGHTS CONSCIOUSNESS ACT OF 2002 (RA 9021) AND DECLARING DECEMBER 4-10 AS THE HUMAN RIGHTS CONSCIOUSNESS WEEK IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR
