AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE RATE OF FEES OF BUSINESS TAX TO BE IMPOSED ON OPERATORS OR OWNERS OF RECEPTION HALL/S OPERATING WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY.

This ordinance imposes an annual business tax of two hundred pesos (P200.00) on operators or owners of reception halls operating within the municipality. It directs the Municipal Mayor and Municipal Treasurer to formulate implementing guidelines and takes effect after review by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.
