AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL BARANGAY CAPTAINS IN FORTY-FOUR BARANGAYS TO ESTABLISH AND CONSTRUCT A MAKESHIFT SLAUGHTERHOUSE IN THEIR RESPECTIVE BARANGAY, ALL OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR.

This ordinance requires all forty-four barangay captains in Dumingag to establish and construct a makeshift slaughterhouse in their respective barangays to ensure meat safety, prevent the spread of animal diseases, and provide convenience for residents slaughtering animals for food consumption during special occasions. It establishes guidelines for construction, meat inspection, and requirements for authorized butchers.
