AN ORDINANCE PENALIZING THE BURNING OF AGRICULTURAL BY-PRODUCTS WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DUMINGAG, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR.

This ordinance strictly prohibits and penalizes the burning of agricultural by-products such as rice straws, corn cobs, and husks within the municipality. It aims to educate farmers on utilizing these by-products as organic fertilizer instead of destroying the soil and environment through burning.
